Field	Description
Proven By Certification Field 1	Where some form of certification may required for the Leave (e.g. Doctor’s Certificate) set this flag to Yes. Otherwise set it to No.
Consecutive Days Field 2	This allows you to set the number of consecutive days of leave that must be occur before a certificate is required.
Annual Days Without Certification Field 3	This allows you to set the total number of days of leave that may be taken in any one year without a certificate being required.
