Screen 7 Counter or Deferred Leave¶
There are two possible formats: Screen 7 Counter Leave Details & Screen 7 Deferred Leave Details.
Screen 7 Counter Leave Details¶
Note there are two versions of Screen 7 – one for Counter Leave and one for Deferred Leave.
Note
This screen applies only to Counter Leave.
It allows you to set the Count Level at which leave will accrue and the amount of Leave (in days) that will accrue at each point. There are two columns
| Accrual Count: | This is the TOTAL number of Counts that must occur to trigger this accrual. |

| Days Accrue: | This is the number of Leave Days that will accrue when the Counts equal or pass the value set at Accrual Count. |
Typical settings for the table would be:

Screen 7 Deferred Leave Details¶
Note there are two versions of Screen 7 – one for Counter Leave and one for Deferred Leave.
This screen allows you set the percentage of worked hours for which payment will be deferred for later payment as an ADO or RDO.

This allows you to set the percentage of worked hours that will be deferred. For 5% (a typical value) set this field to 0.05. |

| Experience, Qualifying: | |
These fields determine how Experience Hours and Leave Qualifying Hours will be dealt with. There are two possible settings:

| Leave Days Accrued: | |
This allows you to set a default number of Leave days that will accrue each time Deferred Leave Hours are accrued. Suggested setting is 0.5. Note This is a somewhat arbitrary setting. You may edit the number of days to accrue on the payscreen. |
