Create Standing Journals¶
This process creates Workfiles from the Standing Journals selected.
Workfile
| Code: | This is the code that will be applied to the Workfile that is created by the Create Standing Journals process. You may select the default code or edit it. Note that any one Workfile may contain only transactions for one ledger period. Where the process creates transactions for more than ledger period multiple Workfiles will be created. A numeric suffix will be added to the code to differentiate the Workfiles. |

| Apply Up to: | This is the date up to which the Standing Journals will be applied. All potential Standing Journal Transactions which are due up to and including this date will be posted. |
| Selection Flag: | This may be used to select a range of Standing Journal Groups that will be posted. |
| Comments: | Any text entered here will be included in the Main Notes for each Group generated. This is a mandatory field (there must be an entry in this field). |
