Adjust RCS Billing¶

This processes is not used for the current version of the software. It may be useful in adjusting billing on a version of the software before the Living Longer Living Better reform changes.
This process will re-calculate the RCS billing for the selected range of residents for the period nominated in the Periods fields. It should be used only where there has been a long standing anomaly in the set up of the billing parameters for a resident, which needs to be corrected.
Note
This process may produce a large number of transactions for individual residents and it may be a advantageous to run the process on a test database initially.
To avoid confusion to residents it may be better to use this process to calculate the changes required in a test database and then enter a single correcting transaction for the resident in the live database.
