Accommodation Charge

• The Set Interest Rate screen for an Accommodation Charge agreement has no function. Move to the next screen.
• This screen displays the start and end date for the Accommodation Charge. If, within the last month, the resident has left another home where they were paying an Accommodation Charge change the flag to Yes and enter the dates for which the charge was paid. The end date will be adjusted to take account of the previous payments. Click on any other field to view the change.
• The Period Of Grace for charge Payments screen has no function at present. Move to the next screen.
• This screen displays the value of the Accommodation Charge. Note that you may back track and change any of the selections made now or at any time in the process. If you accept this screen a report will be displayed. Select the Print Icon to print the report.
