Terminate Accommodation Agreement¶
This is carried out with a Wizard that brings the ledger fully up to date based on the termination information provided.
The Termination Date is the date that the resident plans to leave, or left, the home. The Notification Date is the date that the home was informed of the resident’s intention to leave. The Notification Date is important because, in conjunction with the Type Of Termination, it determines the date by which the refund of the Bond must be made (the Latest Refund Date). In the case of a resident death the Notification date will be the same as the Termination Date.
