Add EventsΒΆ

This allows you to add a Personal Event for the current employee. This screen will automatically appear when saving the Pay Entry Screen for each employee if Master Event has been setup and attached to one of the pay items.

Employee:Will default to the employee from the Pay Entry Screen.
Master Event:Press F9 (Browse) and select required Master Event.
Classification:Press F9 (Browse) and select required Classification.
Event Date:Press F9 (Browse) and select required Event Date
Groupitem/Payitem that generated this event:
 If Master Event is setup and assigned to the payitem. This field will automatically be filled in when saving the Pay Entry Screen.
Comments:This is a text field
From Date:Enter here the start date for the event
To Date:Enter here the end date for the event

Click Accept Button.
