Shift Counter Leave

Counter Leave is generated based on the occurrence of a number of events such as working on a number of public holidays, or Sundays or Weekends. An amount of leave, measured in both hours and days, is accrued as the Count total reaches or passes specified Thresholds The Thresholds and the number of Leave Days to be accrued are set in a Table in the Leave Definition.

The number of Leave Hours accrued at each Threshold is calculated as follows:

Leave Hours = SUPIGCSPT / CATT – CAPT

Where:

SUPIGCSPT = The Sum Of the Units of the Pay Items that Generated the Counts Since the Previous Threshold.

CATT = Counts At This Threshold

CAPT = Counts At Previous Threshold
