Counter Leave

Counter Leave is generated based on the occurrence of a number of events such as working on a number of public holidays, or Sundays or Weekends. An amount of leave, measured in both hours and days, is accrued as the Count total reaches or passes specified Thresholds [For example 4,11,18,25 & 32 Public Holidays and/or Sundays (NSW) OR 10 weekends (Vic)]. The Thresholds and the number of Leave Days to be accrued are set in a Table in the Leave Definition.

The number of Leave Hours accrued at each Threshold is calculated as follows:

Leave Hours = EHPW * NDAATT / NOAPITT

Where

EHPW = Employee Hours Per Week (for this Classification as set in the Employee/ClassificationTAB) .

NDAATT = Number Of Days Accrued At This Threshold

NOAPITT = Number Of Accrual Points In The Table
