Accrual Leave

Leave is accrued on an annual basis, where the amount of leave that is accrued is driven by the number of hours that the employee works. The worked hours that are used for this are termed Qualifying Hours and are identified by a setting in the Pay Item that is used to record the work and generate payment.

Examples of leave that would be driven by the Accrual Method are Annual Leave and Sick Leave.
