Display ModesΒΆ
These may be changed with the TABs at the bottom of the screen. There are five Display Modes
| Shift: | Use this Display Mode to set up your rosters on the basis for the “demand for service”. Typically a “Demand For Service” roster would group Shifts with the same or related base characteristics [not employee] together. |

| Employees: | Use this Display Mode to show a roster organised by Employee. Note that you may edit the details of a cell but you may not add extra cells in this display mode. |
| Classification: | Use this Display Mode to show a roster organised by the Classification attached to the Shift. Note that you may edit the details of a cell but you may not add extra cells in this display mode. |
| Location: | Use this Display Mode to show a roster organised by the Location attached to the Shift. Note that you may edit the details of a cell but you may not add extra cells in this display mode. |
| Leave: | This Display Mode shows employees marked as “on leave” [See Processing, Employee, Leave] during the Roster Period. These employees will not show on the other Display Modes for the period that they are on leave. This display mode is for display only. You would not normally edit the entries displayed on this screen. The one exception to this is where recorded leave must be removed. In this case it is legitimate to delete the entry. |
