Pay Screen and Main FunctionsΒΆ
The Pay Screen has a number of main functions, some of which may be initiated by using some of the Buttons at the bottom right of the screen.
The four main functions of the Pay Entry Screen are:
- Enter and Edit Pay Items. The screen is in this state when it is first opened up, and returns to this state whenever any of the other three states are exited.
- Leave Usage which Records Leave Details and Generates Leave Payments.
- Add Event which allows you to Record Details of Personal Events.
- Terminate An Employee.
There is a range of additional functions, which will assist in the pay process.
- Select the Next Employee to be paid
- Functions that are part of the process of Entering A Pay for an employee
- Display Functions that show information, which is not on the pay screen by default
- Initiate Other Processing Functions of the Pay Screen,
- Miscellaneous Keystrokes.
- Automatic Checks.
