The following details should be entered before the actual receipt process is started.

| This is a description to identify this batch of entries. e.g. Friday 23rd July 1999 Transactions. | |
| Received From: | All text entered here will be displayed on the receipt. It may be edited for individual receipts. |
| Batch Date: | The date of the process, normally today’s date. |
| Print Receipt: | This may be Yes or No. If Yes a receipt will be printed provided at least one of the Transaction Types used for the Receipt Transaction is flagged Yes for printing. |
