Process Times

Processing ‣ Working Rosters ‣ Time File ‣ Process Times

This process attempts to match the content of an imported Time File with the expected work times recorded for employees on the roster in RostCare.

Where the database is set to provide this function Bonuses (longer hours worked) and Penalties (less than rostered hours worked) will be recorded. See Setup ‣ Database Setup ‣ General.

Where arrival and/or departure times are outside the limits set at Setup, Defaults these may be noted by printing the Working Roster, Time File, Exception Report.
