Accommodation Payments Agreement

Accommodation Payments are government prescribed charges that may be levied on certain residents of aged care services (homes). They take the form of either Accommodation Bonds or Accommodation Charges. An Accommodation Payment Agreement is the agreement between the resident and the home that sets out the details of such payments.
