Accommodation Bonds

An Accommodation Bond is an Accommodation Payment that may be applied to low care residents or high care residents in receipt of Extra Services. An Accommodation Bond may be levied as a Lump Sum payment, a Periodic Payment or a combination of these.

The value of an Accommodation Bond is based on the value of a resident’s assets.
