Default Analysis:
 Select the Analysis that will be used if one is not setup on the Supplier Maintenance Screen Details Tab.
Default Bank:Select the Company Bank account.
Default Supplier:
 Select the Supplier that will appear when you add a new transaction. Care Systems would not recommend setting up a default supplier unless there is one supplier that is utilised a lot.
Default Cheque Format:
 Select the cheque format that will be utilised unless altered during the payment process.
Default Email Format:
 Select the cheque format that will be utilised, unless altered during the Payment Fax Advice process. (You will need to have purchased CrediFaxing)
Default Email Connection:
 This is the Email connection used when sending Email Remittance Advices. Select F9 Browse (You will need to have purchased CrediFaxing)
Last Cheque Number:
 This is the last cheque number used in a payment process.
Cheque Number Width:
 This will prefill the cheque number with zeros. EG Set to 4 cheque number will display as follows ‘0000123123’
Cents Format on Cheques:
 Where this is set to Word the cents for a cheque/s will default to the settings in the cheque format. Where this is set to Digits the cents for a cheque/s will over-written with digits.
Withholding Percentage:
 Enter the percentage that will be withheld and paid to the ATO if an ABN is not supplied on an Invoice for payment.
Do DDT on Pay:Select Yes or No. If set to Yes the DDT File will be created during a payment run for any payment due to be paid by DDT. If set to No the DDT file will not be created during a payment run and will need to be run as a separate function. See Direct Transfer File.
Print Cheques:Where this is set to Cheque Format cheques will be printed during a payment run for any payment due to be paid by cheque. Where this is set to Payment Listing Only cheques will not be printed but a list of payment made by cheque will be viewed. Cheques can be printed later. See Reprint Cheques.
Do Pay Advice Fax on Pay:
 Where this is set to Yes the Payment Advice Fax File Creation process will be run during a payment run for any suppliers that are paid by DDT or BPay/Direct Transfer, that have Email or Fax information set in Maintenance Supplier Details Tab. Where this is set to No the Payment Advice Fax File Creation process will not run during a payment run and will need to be run as a separate function. See Payment Advice Fax.
Fax File:This is the location that the Fax File will be stored when the Payment Advice Fax process is run. (You will need to have purchased CrediFaxing)
Show Payment List when doing Save & Pay on Add & Edit Transaction Screens:
 Where this is set to Yes the cheque payment process will produce a Payment Listing. Where this is set to No the cheque payment process will produce a Cheque/Remittance Advice as per selected Cheque Format.
Minimum Years to Keep Transaction/Payment History:
 Set this to the number of years that will not be removed when the Remove Transaction/Payment History process is run.
Payment Label Stock:
 Select the appropriate Avery label format for these labels.
Supplier Label Stock:
 Select the appropriate Avery label format for these labels.
