Standing Journals¶
This report shows standing journals that have been defined in the system. This report is useful in reviewing the set up of standing journals.
The report allows for a comprehensive reporting criteria.
- From and To Resident may be set; allowing for the selection of a range or an individual resident.
- From and To Billing Type may be set; allowing for the reporting of a range or an individual Billing Type.
- From and To S. Journal may be set; allowing for the reporting of a range or an individual Standing Journal.
- From and To Transaction Type may be set, allowing for reporting by specific Transaction Type or a range.
- From and To Amount may be set, allowing for reporting by specific amount or a range.
- Include allows for the selection of ‘Normal’, ‘Change’ or ‘Both’ to be selected.
- Listing Type allows for the selection of ‘Set on a Resident’ or ‘To be Applied’ to be selected.
- Apply Date may be set.
Note
Leaving a reporting parameter blank will include ‘all’ available selections within the range.
There are a number of options available once the reporting parameters have been set:-
- Print will print the report.
- Preview will allow the report to be previewed on screen with the option to print from the preview screen.
- Set Default will remember the reporting parameters that have been set for the next time the report is run.
- Cancel will cancel out of the report without printing or previewing.
