General

Show Default ABN for reports with Multiple ABNs:
 

Where this is set to Yes the default ABN will always be used.

Format of Employee’s Name on Reports:
 

This may be set to:

  • Name: Reports will be sorted by the employee name with just the employee name.
  • Code: Reports will be sorted by the employee code with just the employee code.
  • Code + Name: Reports will be sorted by the employee code with the employee code & name.
Label Stock:

Labels may be printed on to a variety of standard Avery Labels. Select the required stock here.


Percentage Difference From Standard Pay

This allows you to set up parameters that affect the function of the Percentage Difference From Standard and Leave Summary reports.

Percentage Difference:
 This report allows to identify pays, which vary from a notional Standard Pay [calculated by multiplying the employee’s standard hours by their base rate] by a particular percentage. In Practice five different percentages may be set and the operator may select the desired percentage variation when the report is run.

Headings For Leave Summary Report

This report groups the net leave available for each employee into seven columns. You may set up the Descriptions for the Column Headings here.

Note that the column in which each Leave Type will appear is set on the Leave Type record.
