Availability

Maintenance ‣ Employee ‣ Availability

Employee Availability may be set for the same day of the week on a repeating basis or for a specific date. While it is possible to create records for Un-availability and Availability, Care Systems recommends that this information is always recorded as Un-availability where it is to be used in conjunction with RostCare. RostCare checks only Un-availability records.

To create a record select the employee and then double click on the blank line or press F2 or click the Insert A New Entry Icon.

Type:Set this to Not Available or Available. Care Systems recommends you use Unavailable exclusively.
Day Of Week:Enter the Day of the Week to which this record will apply.
Start Time:Set the Time that the Unavailability (Availability) will commence.
End Time:Set the Time that the Unavailability (Availability) will cease.
Date Occurrence:
 Where applicable set the date for this record.

Click the Accept button to save this record and click the Save Icon when all Availability records for this employee have been set.
