Dot Matrix Payslip Printer¶
These parameters help control the correct operation of Dot Matrix Printers for Payment Summaries and Payslips
Input settings for both a global Printer and your computer
| Printer: | Use the F9 Browse key to select the printer that will be used for
Payslips/Statements of Earnings |

| Driver: | This should be set automatically when the Printer is selected. |
| Port: | This should be set automatically when the Printer is selected. |
| Font: | Use the Browse Key to set the font details. Recommended settings are: 10, Courier New |
| Width Scale & Height Scale: | |
| This allows you to scale the dimensions of the font. It is not normally necessary to use these. You may need assistance to use these effectively. You may enter a number greater that 1 to increase size and a number smaller than 1 to decrease size. You will need to experiment to see the effect on your printer but you might expect that entering 1.1 would increase the size by 10% and entering 0.9 would decrease size by 10% | |
