Available Menu Selections: Set Budget Flags, Set Account Types, Auto Setup and Manual Setup.

This group of functions provides for budgets to be set up either Automatically or Semi Automatically.

Automatic:

The possible steps in this process would be:

• Set Budget Flags For Accounts
• Auto Setup

Semi-Automatic:

The usual steps in this process would be:

• Set Budget Levels
• Set Budget Amounts
• Clear Budget Totals
• Post To Totals

Note

Budgets may also be set for individual accounts on the Balances - Edit TAB of the Account Maintenance screen.
