Location¶
Locations represent the actual place (nursing home bed, hostel room or Self-Care) within an Accommodation where the resident resides and they are optional. If you have BondCare Integrated with ClientCare and Locations have been set up in ClientCare they will be available in BondCare also.
If you decide to set up Locations you will need to provide the following parameters:
| Code: | This is a short (we recommend no more than 7 characters) “name” for the Location. The code controls the normal presentation order for the Locations in drop downs and browse screens. |

| Description: | This is optional and provides a longer description. |
| Accommodation: | This allows you to define the Accommodation to which this Location belongs. |
| Number of Residents: | |
| The number of residents occupying the room or Accommodation | |
| Ward Type: | Is an optional selector that is usd by the facility and useful when selection parameters in reports. |
| Resident Type: | This can be used to Group Residents by a Category and is set up at the discretion of the Operation. It becomes a useful selector when using Report Writing tools. |
