Depreciate Assets¶
This process depreciates all or some of your assets.

Use the selector fields to chose which assets will be depreciated. Where the Include Children field is set to No, only asset directly attached to the nominated Location Range will be included. Where the Include Children field is set to Yes, any assets that belong to the nominated Location Range will be included. |

To start the Depreciation Process click the Process Button.
At the completion of the process a report showing the results will display. You may check this report prior to accepting the depreciation. You may print the report if you wish.
Where the result is OK close the report and click the Save Button and the depreciation will be recorded.
Where the result is NOT OK close the report and click the Cancel Button. No changes will be recorded on the database.
Warning
Once the depreciation process is started no changes should be made to the database by other means until the result is accepted or rejected.
