Enter BAS Transactions¶
This provides for transactions, which will be used to build a BAS to be entered directly in TaxCare. This may be useful for example where a module, which generates information for the BAS, is not integrated with TaxCare. Note at least one Transaction Type must have been set up before this function may be used.
| Date: | The date of this transaction. This will determine which BAS will include this Transaction and the LegiCare Period for this Transaction. |

Transaction Entries
The remaining details for the transaction are entered here. These include the income/expense account(s) for the Transaction. The amount of the Transaction may be split between several accounts if required.
| Amount: | This defaults to the balance of the original amount that has not been allocated. |

| GST Category: | This defaults to the GST Category set for the Transaction Type used for this Transaction. It will be blank if no such GST Category was set. In any event a new or alternative GST Category may be entered. |
| CrediCare Disc: | This defaults to the CrediCare Dissection set for the Transaction Type used for this Transaction. It will be blank if no such CrediCare Dissection was set. In any event a new or alternative CrediCare Dissection GST Category may be entered or the field may be left blank. Where a CrediCare Dissection is entered it will be applied immediately this line is accepted. |
| Inc/Expense Account: | |
| This field records the income or expense account for this Transaction Entry. It defaults to the LegiCare Account set for the Transaction Type used for this Transaction. It will be blank if no such LegiCare Account was set. In any event a new or alternative LegiCare Account may be entered. This field may not be blank where the Transaction is Integrated with LegiCare unless a CrediCare Dissection which contains LegiCare Accounts has been entered at the CrediCare Disc field. | |
