Clear Draw Locks¶
To clear the draws it is advisable that all users should exit cashcare.
This is used is the occasional but unlikely event that the cash draw has become locked. You can clear the lock by selecting the Menu command as shown above.
The flowing screen is displayed:
Select the affected Cash Draw and select Accept.
The following message will appear.
Select Yes.
Select OK.
